ASTM SB 335, B 572/574 UNS N10276, N06022, N10665 Hastelloy C276 Plates, C22 Sheets, B2 Coils Suppliers in India.
Hastelloy alloy was first derived by Haynes International in the year 1922, and since then has been adapted and used by many users and industries in the world due to its superior nature and ability to withstand. They are manufactured under different grade names, with abbreviations that denote their constituent content along with specified areas of application. The hastelloy alloy uses different metals in specified ratios in accordance with the various standards like ASTM and ASME which specify the making of different components and parts based on its dimensions and physical capabilities.
The Hastelloy alloy is then forged into round bars using bar stock that is left to cool down form its molten form, and dedicated machinery is used to shape and process the round bars into different dimensions. The round bars are forged depending on the specific use or area it is intended to be used in, and gets categorized into different grades depending on the its core content. The round bars are highly resistant to harsh acids, chemicals and gases and do not suffer any form of corrosion and perform to the best of their ability in any given work area.
