They are forged using different constituent ratios of nickel and other metals like chromium, molybdenum and carbon. The bars are forged in different grades like 601, 625, 750, 718 which are highly resistant to very high temperature even after prolonged exposure. The other grades of nickel alloys used to forge round bars are C 22, C 276, G 30, known for their enhanced resistance to corrosive elements like strong chemicals and gases.
