ASME SA 276/479 Stainless Steel 316 Hex Bar, UNS S31600 Forged Round Bar, Steel 316 Threaded Bar Leading Manufacturers.
The 316 Stainless Steel grade is preferred for use in many applications due to the addition of multitude other metals, such as molybdenum which enhances its resistant properties as well as strength, a much needed upgrade from the 304 grade while keeping the core properties the same. This grade is highly ductile in nature and caters to changing the shape and form of the core alloy, easily suiting the needs of the application. The use of additives in the core stainless steel increases it overall resistant capabilities avoiding pitting or corrosion at any phase of its functional life.
Round bars forged using the 316 round bars are forged using different lathes and CNC machines, dedicated to just shaping and forming the rods into required form. Forged rods are resistant to any carbon precipitation that may occur in its internal structure and hinder normal functioning. The blocking of pitting corrosion prevents any damage that may be possible to core of the rod. The rods have excellent hardness that does not interfere with the pre-processing phase and has extended tolerance to low temperature functioning.
